SAFE Act Training Overview

The SAFE Act requires each person who provides services as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) to register with the NMLS. Each state licensed MLO must also take 20 hours of pre-licensing (PE) education and pass the National MLO Test!

You must be compliant with the SAFE Act by July 30, 2010 or earlier, depending on your state’s requirements!
