Chairman and CEO
Mr. Huda is one of the nation’s leading regulatory compliance experts in the financial services industry. He is a frequent keynote speaker at major industry events. He also serves as the Chair of the Compliance Summit, the nation’s premier compliance leadership event, held annually in San Diego, that brings together the nation's top regulators and compliance experts to forecast risks and identify best practices.
Mr. Huda has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, and was previously the chief compliance officer with some the nation’s leading financial institutions such as Advanta Corp. and San Diego Financial Corp. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Risk Professional (CRP). He also holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from the University of Maine Graduate School of Business. |

TOM HILLMAN
Mr. Hillman is currently General Partner of the venture capital fund, WBCW Capital Fund, L.P. which is funded by four of the nation's largest financial institutions, namely Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citigroup and Washington Mutual. He's also a General Partner at Midwest Economic Opportunity Fund, L.P.
Mr. Hillman previously held the position of COO for two venture funds, Australia Asia Multimedia Venture and U.S. Technologies, where he was responsible for portfolio management and operations.
Mr. Hillman has over 25 years of senior management experience with software, hardware, and services companies serving in executive positions with Control Data Corporation, Apollo, H-P, Alliant, Solbourne, Scala and 90East. |

DR. FRANK S GREENE
Dr. Greene is Managing Partner at New Vista Capital, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm. New Vista Capital focuses on early stage, technology-oriented first-to-market companies with an outstanding management team.
Previously, Dr. Greene was the founding CEO of two information technology companies and involved in taking the companies through Initial Public Offerings, and in the merger or acquisition of two other companies.
Dr. Greene was also Assistant Chairman and Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. Prior to that he was a member of the technical staff designing semiconductor computer memory systems at Fairchild Semiconductor R&D Labs. Dr. Greene holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering. |

DUANE DRAKE
Mr. Drake currently is the Chief Financial Officer with the Community Foundation where he oversees a portfolio totaling nearly $400 million. Previously, Mr. Drake was a senior executive with Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. overseeing key administrative functions such as financial reporting and human resources. Accredited is a diversified financial services firm operating throughout the United States.
Prior to that experience, Mr. Drake spent twenty-two years with San Diego Financial Corp. in San Diego, California in key senior executive positions, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. San Diego Financial Corp. owned San Diego Trust and Savings Bank and the PACIFICA Mutual Funds, among other entities, and eventually merged with Wells Fargo and Company. Mr. Drake also currently serves as Treasurer to the Financial Executives Institute in San Diego, California. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kansas and a Graduate Banking degree from Rutgers University. |

ROBERT EPRILE
Mr. Eprile is Founder and President of US Encode Corporation. US Encode has developed and markets a proprietary technology to authenticate financial transactions, including credit card transactions, over the Internet. US Encode is headquartered in San Diego, California and has subsidiaries in Australia and South Africa. Mr. Eprile is also a Founder and Director of Bank of Internet, USA, a San Diego-based Internet bank.
Previously, Mr. Eprile was Chairman of the Ashton Technology Group. Its principal subsidiaries are (i) Gomez Advisors which publishes a popular Internet scorecard ranking the on-line banks and brokerage firms; and (ii) Universal Trading Technologies Corporation (UTTC) which develops and markets electronic trading systems involving electronic trades of large blocks of equity securities at daily Volume-Weighted-Average-Price (VWAP).
Mr. Eprile has been the keynote speaker at the National Association of Federal Credit Unions conference on Risk Management in the Digital Age. He has also been an invited speaker on ‘Finance in the Digital Age’ at the FFIEC, an umbrella organization for the five major Federal Banking Regulatory Agencies.
Mr. Eprile has a BA in Economics from Oberlin College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. |

JOEL T. GRUSHKIN
Mr. Grushkin is currently Vice Chairman of DHR International. He also serves as Managing Director for DHR's San Diego office and Chairman of eQuity Ventures, DHR's worldwide venture-backed technology practice.
Mr. Grushkin's background includes 11 years as Director of Executive Search & Organizational Development Consulting Practice for Arthur Young and Company (now Ernst & Young). He was also Chief Operating Officer of Edward Carpenter & Associates, a group of five consulting companies specializing in the financial services and real estate industries, as well as CEO of their executive search subsidiary. Additionally, Mr. Grushkin has 11 years of senior management experience, having held positions of CEO, COO, CFO and Vice President Corporate Development at either the holding company or operating company levels. He has been a guest lecturer at San Diego State University and the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Venture Group. |
