Mr. Huda is one of the nation's leading regulatory compliance experts in the financial services industry. He is a frequent keynote speaker at major industry events. He also serves as the Chair of the Compliance Summit, the nation's premier compliance leadership event, held annually in San Diego, that brings together the nation's top regulators and compliance experts to forecast risks and identify best practices.
Mr. Huda has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, and was previously the chief compliance officer with some the nation's leading financial institutions such as Advanta Corp. and San Diego Financial Corp. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Risk Professional (CRP). He also holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from the University of Maine Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Sanchez has over eighteen years experience in software architecture and development with fortune 100, 500, and emerging technology companies, and has been with Compliance Coach since the initial design and development. Mr. Sanchez has built, managed, and advised software consulting and development companies including one of the first American based consulting firms doing business in China for the Chinese market employing Chinese engineers. He was the System Architect and Manager of Development for eToys, Inc.'s fulfillment system, in three countries worldwide, and has been a System Engineer on both critical realtime and distributed systems. Mr. Sanchez has BS and MS Degrees in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University, and holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
Mr. King serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. King has over twenty years experience as a CFO and finance executive in both privately held and public companies. Previously, Mr. King was the CFO of BioQ, a Business-to-Business Internet-based company. While there, Mr. King assisted BioQ raise $7.75 million in seed capital from venture capitalists and individuals. Prior to that, Mr. King spent over fifteen years with Allied-Signal. There he directed Allied-Signal International's strategic planning and financial administration. This $3 billion subsidiary of Allied-Signal, with an annual operating budget of $10 million, had offices around the world, which Mr. King helped establish.
Mr. King also serves on the Board of Directors of SiteLab International, Inc., and is the Past President and Board Chair of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI) San Diego Chapter. Mr. King holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
Mr. Pinto is an experienced sales and marketing executive with over 12 years of extensive sales, marketing and advertising experience. Most recently, Mr. Pinto spent over 8 years as the Marketing & Creative Director for a highly respected marketing, advertising and public relations agency located in San Diego, California. His key clients included Nike, SeaWorld, San Diego County Credit Union, Ralphs Grocery Company, Asset Marketing Systems, IndyMac Bank, Domani Investments, Sharp Hospital, Scripps Hospital, Amgen, Cubic and many other well known companies and organizations. Mr. Pinto attended San Diego State University where he received a BA in Communication. He also holds an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Mr. Rho is an attorney and compliance expert who has years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Rho has served as a consultant to various financial institutions in the areas of operational consumer compliance as well as BSA/AML compliance. Prior to joining Compliance Coach, Mr. Rho was a senior compliance officer with HSBC and also worked as a civil litigator representing clients in business and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Rho holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law.
